HR Operations Specialist
As HR Operations Specialist you are responsible for executing (inter-)national personnel administration, applying HR tools and instruments and providing management-information to ensure a correct, accurate and actual administration and support in an effective and efficient manner.

Day to Day
- Provide management and employees with information on salary, compensation, benefits, HR regulations and local laws.
- Support and execute activities related to payroll and compensation, in order to ensure timely and correct salary payments.
- Execute the personnel administration, within the formulated guidelines, in order to ensure a complete and actual availability of personnel information.
- Manage the HR systems and tools, to realize the availability of up-to-date HR management information.
- Supporting (international) HR projects.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of DLL Members
- Maintain internal HR systems with recurring data audits and updates
- First Line to answer questions regarding policies, benefit questions and payroll inquiries that come in from DLL Members and Former Members via the HR One Call and HR Functional Mailbox
- Running Reports for Ad Hoc, Finance, Compliance, Benefits
- Support various processes including Unemployment, employment verification, and exit interviews
- Facilitation of One HR training and support
- Special Projects as required
- Problem solving in System and Member queries.

Essentials
- Higher vocational education (HBO), preferably in human resources related area.
- 5 years of experience in an operations or administrative job (Preferably within the HR Shared Services Set up)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially excel)
- Relevant experience with working in a complex matrix organization.
- High ability to plan, organize and work towards results.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and fun in researching human related topics.
- Pro-active and Customer focus.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to change.
- Fluent English reading & writing
- A second fluent foreign language is a pre

Applicable Pay Range
$56347.2 - $84520.8
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
