Total Reward International Benefits & Mobility Specialist

As a Total Reward International Benefits & Mobility Specialist, you will focus on a international benefits and international mobility as it relates to policies, practices and process while ensuring being compliant to legislation and requirements. For benefits, you will coordinate key programs within our international our benefits framework. For mobility, you will operate and improve the programs for work international workforce. You will work with Total Rewards and other HR colleagues, our outsource partner and our leaders and international workforce. You will report to the global head of Total Rewards and work in our global team of 12 rock stars.

Day to day:

  • You autonomously support the business and HR, as subject matter specialist, with development and implementation of global and local policies, alignment to relevant regulation including designing and enhancing the various procedures, processes etc
  • Together with our global lead on Benefits & Wellbeing, you will develop an innovative global framework on key benefits that DLL wants to invest in to align with our global strategies. You will benchmark, design and implement such benefits with global and local stakeholders
  • Together with our global lead on Mobility, you will operate and evolve our global mobility policies, drive effective relationships with our outsource partner (e.g. KPMG) and create fantastic experiences for our international workforce, maximizing DLL’s investment in this area
  • You will training HR colleagues and other key stakeholders on implementation of policies and practices
  • You will (co-)manage relationships with third parties, where relevant, to ensure added value and efficient service including the contract management
  • Participate in (global) reward projects where appropriate.

Essentials:

  • Master’s degree, professional qualification, or relevant career experience
  • Experience in Total Reward or remuneration regulations function, with at least 5-6 years involvement in international benefits and/or mobility programs (and interest to learn more)
  • Analytical in nature with excellent attention to detail without losing the broader picture
  • Understanding of regulatory landscape
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, ability to independently work with senior stakeholders
  • A culturally sensitive and globally minded team player
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus!) and experienced in MS Office Skills.
