  • Design and develop full-stack features using Node.js, Express, and React.
  • Support and enhance legacy systems like Oracle Forms while contributing to modern architecture and cloud migration.
  • Manage and query data in Oracle 19c, MongoDB, and Azure SQL with a high degree of accuracy and discipline.
  • Build and maintain APIs to integrate with internal systems and external services (e.g., Azure ADF, Crystal Reports, Data Apartments, and Power BI).
  • Develop and support Pega-based case management systems that enable multi-step processes, governance, and compliance tracking.
  • Design and manage interfaces to hundreds of internal and external systems, ensuring smooth and secure data exchange.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-quality, financial-grade software solutions.
  • Build dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI to support operational and financial reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity and security in an accounting platform used across 20+ countries, managing multiple interconnected systems.
  • Stay organized, manage your own workload, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  • Work with a sense of ownership, curiosity, and passion for continuous learning across new and legacy technologies.

Day to Day

  • Design and implement robust features across the stack using React, Node.js, Express, and Oracle Forms.
  • Support integrations and data flow across Oracle DB, MongoDB, and Azure SQL.
  • Maintain and enhance reports using Crystal Reports and Power BI, ensuring financial accuracy and insightful analytics.
  • Build and optimize ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and manage data transformation for dashboards and reporting.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Pega case management applications used for complex, multi-step workflows and operational processing.
  • Develop and support interfaces that connect to hundreds of partner and internal systems, using a combination of APIs, file transfers, and orchestration logic.
  • Ensure high code quality and consistency through testing, peer reviews, and clear documentation.
  • Manage enhancements and support for a multi-system landscape operating across 20+ countries, ensuring compliance and performance.
  • Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Essentials

Experience

  • 6–10+ years of experience in software development or IT systems integration.
  • Hands-on experience supporting both modern and legacy technologies (e.g., Node.js, Oracle Forms, React).
  • 3+ years of experience building APIs, data pipelines, and full-stack applications.
  • Proven track record working in complex, multi-system environments across cloud and on-prem infrastructure

Applicable Pay Range

$106,773.6 - $160,160.4

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
