Day to Day

As a Senior Processing Administrator, you will be responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions for dealer wholesale receivables. This includes applying various payment types in addition to available discounts in accordance with AGCO published policy and programs. Communicating with dealers and field sales personnel to answer questions on policies and procedures is also an integral component of this position.

Day to Day:

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of accounting activities for assigned dealers in order to maintain a correct and up-to-date administration.
  • Review settlements requiring manual review for compliance according to AGCO published programs
  • Review settlements in AGCO Finance Review to ensure finance contracts/leases are properly matched
  • Review trade-in detail and values to ensure the traded equipment is qualified and reasonably valued in accordance to published valuations (Iron Solutions)
  • Process approved CM/DM requests submitted through Sales Force
  • Process approved ad hoc requests for CM/DM transactions
  • Process approved subsidized trade requests and coordinate with appropriate departments within AGCO and DLL to ensure all transactions are complete and correct
  • Process settlement reversals upon appropriate approval(s). Coordinate with AGCO Warranty to ensure the registration is correct when reversal is complete.
  • Maintain documentation for transactions processed for assigned dealers
  • Coordinate with AGCO Warranty to ensure registration issues are resolved
  • Ensure the filing and archiving of financial documents, in line with financial guidelines and legal requirements concerning storage time, in order to be able to trace back information quickly and comply with legal and local audit requirements.

Essentials

Essentials:

  • High School degree required, Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Account Receivable collections, and office routine.
  • Basic financial and bookkeeping knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate (both orally and written), with other members of the team, dealers and colleagues.
  • Ability to speak and read French is preferred.
  • Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Must have ability to sit and work at computer for extensive periods of time.
  • Inventory Finance and/or Wholesale Finance experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office application efficient (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

Applicable Pay Range

$43,000 - $63,000

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
