As a Rebooking Administrator, US Operations, you can expect to work collaboratively with internal and external customers on requests that are related to activities after their contract has been booked.   Our goal is to exceed customer expectations in accuracy and timely processing. This role reports to the Postbooking Team Lead Customer Enrollment.

Day to Day

  • Assist with creating and maintaining policies, procedures and training material
  • Process inquiries according to SLA parameters
  • Proactive follow up
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Customers (internal and external) to provide excellent customer service.
  • Learn, perform and train activities as assigned to team
  • Complete team projects as they are assigned
  • File documents in digital archive, make internal notes in as needed
  • Receive and handle all inbound correspondence (mail, phone, fax,)
  • Disposal of contracts
  • Onboarding/removing ACH payments
  • Adding/removing insurance premiums from customer accounts
  • Principal payment restructures
  • Due date changes
  • Extension of contract payments
  • Backout and replacement of contracts
  • Processing address changes

Essentials

  • 2-4 years’ experience in leasing, customer service and/or accounting
  • General understanding of accounting
  • 1+ year(s) experience in the financial services industry is preferred
  • Able to reconcile differences in tax rates, due dates, contract set up/structure.
  • Good mathematical skills. 
  • Ability to follow established/documented procedures and decision-making skills based on specific variables.
  • Candidate must have strong analytical, organization, reconciliation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in current and former positions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with cross-functional stakeholders at different levels
  • Customer-Centric mindset
  • Detail oriented, High level of accuracy in own work
  • Strong verbal, written and inter-personal skills are critical
  • Time management, organization and prioritizing

Applicable Pay Range

$50,144.00 - $75,216.00

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
