Your function

As a credit coordinator of commercial finance, you will operate as 1LoR lead a team of credit analysts and credit support.  Responsibilities include, strategy setting and execution, monitoring portfolio performance, making decisions/recommendations on credit application.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of credit analysts to achieve departmental goals and objectives;
  • Good and effective communication skills are crucial for conveying credit policies and procedures to team members and stakeholders, as well as for addressing customer inquiries and concerns;
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and resolving credit-related issues and disputes in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as sales, finance, collection, partner service, to achieve adress credit-related challenges;
  • Pro Active monitor and manage dealers Inventory Finance portfolio;
  • Evaluating credit applications and assessing the creditworthiness of dealers;
  • Generating regular reports on credit performance and portfolio risk for management review;
  • Gather information and data, process data into financial administration, and prepare documents;
  • Setting credit limits and terms for new and existing dealers based on their creditworthiness and payment history;
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in credit assessment and management;
  • Being able to adapt to changing business conditions and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of credit management;
  • Performance management: Setting clear performance expectations, providing feedback, and coaching team members to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.

Your profile

  • Financial analysis: Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other financial documents to assess the creditworthiness of customers and make credit decisions;
  • Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in using Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and creating reports to support credit management activities;
  • Credit policies and procedures: Knowledge of company credit policies, industry regulations, and best practices for managing credit team;
  • Communication skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey credit decisions, policies, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
