IT Area Lead Partner Engagement & Origination
As an IT Area Lead you will be responsible and accountable for the IT Delivery & Support of the IT Solutions that will be delivered and used by the different EU Countries. The focus will be on the IT Solutions that are used within the Partner Engagement & Origination Process. This Delivery & Support will be done within an Agile Operating Model where business and IT work closely together on providing solutions to the EU countries and their end-customers. Delivery and support should take place within agreed XLA’s / SLA’s with the customers and in line with all applicable IT Policies and IT Processes and within assigned IT budgets. In this perspective the IT Area Lead will manage the different IT resources (members and contractors) and the different IT Suppliers used.
The IT Area Lead will work closely together with the Area Lead on the business side and the IT Architect to ensure optimal & qualitative IT Delivery & Support, Process Standardization and Process Optimization and Application Rationalization.
Day to day:
Workforce Planning & Team Capability Development
- Maintain an overview on the workload of the team in order to create a Workforce Planning for part of the Delivery Team.
- Coach and mentor team members regarding their
personal development to ensure required capabilities in the (Delivery) team are available. Ensure team members are and remain “future-fit”
IT Service Delivery
- Ensure optimal and timely delivery of application maintenance and development services to internal/external customers in line with previously agreed upon SLA’s.
- Ensure service & solution availability, timely incident resolution, Life-Cycle-Management and project/program delivery of the IT/application landscape in scope.
- Manage (Strategic)Partner(s) to safeguard their service(s) are aligned to the agreed upon SLA’s
- Ensure the team stays within budget and provide high quality, accurate and complete data insights
Process Compliance & Audit
- Ensure all IT Services are delivered and supported within Information Security, Enterprise Architecture and Rabobank process/policy/procedures.
- Ensure all Audit items are managed in a timely manner conform applicable DLL processes
- Ensure that IT Services are in support
IT Strategy
- Define and implement IT Vision and IT Strategy for the IT Services that are part of the Partner Engagement & Origination Process
- Define and implement Application Roadmap for IT Services that are part of Partner Engagement & Origination Process
- Provide support in defining EU IT Vision / Strategy
- Provide support in defining EU Application Roadmap
- Provide support in defining EU Business Transformation Plan

Essentials:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a IT Delivery Manager or a similar role, within an international environment
- Proven Experience with different software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Proven Experience in IT Supplier Management
- Proven experience in different sourcing models (time hire, output / outcome based / off-shoring and nearshoring.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Working in a financial industry domain is a plus
