Commercial Finance Coordinator AGCO Finance

As a Commercial finance coordinator at AGCO Finance, you will be a part of a Nordic team and based in Stockholm (Working hybrid 50/50). You will work in cooperation with colleagues from Sales, Risk, and Operations, all focusing on an effective and sustainable partnership with AGCO. In this position, you will be the link to various internal stakeholders such as Risk and Collection & Recovery, as well as vendors and customers.

You may be a recent graduate and look forward to developing with us, or you have worked for a couple of years in similar administration roles and are now ready to take the step further in your career. Some of the most important tasks are:

  • Monitor and manage AGCO Finance Inventory Finance portfolio
  • Identify assets at risk and take remedial actions, collect outstanding interests or accounts, and provide early warning of potential problem accounts to relevant stakeholders, in accordance with policies and regulations.
  • Gather information and data, process data into financial administration, and prepare documents.
  • Take an active part in handling invoices and send reminders
  • Ensure outstanding relationships with AGCO vendors and customers
  • Build relationships with colleagues within AGCO Finance Europe and share best practices
  • Run your own projects and improve internal processes

About you:

It is important that you are proactive and can make things happen. Our workload can shift fast, and we have many things going on at any one time – so personal structure is very important and that you are flexible and a good time manager. You are positive and outgoing and have a strong personal drive.

It is a requirement that you have a universal degree in economics/finance/agriculture or similar. You are fluent in English and Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, both verbal and written.

AGCO Finance and DLL

AGCO Finance is a global joint venture partnership between AGCO and DLL. The principal activity of the business is the financing of equipment for AGCO’s customers and dealers. 

AGCO, (www.agcocorp.com) is a leading US-based global group specializing in the manufacture, design, and distribution of agricultural equipment. AGCO produces and markets brand names including Massey Ferguson, the most widely sold tractor brand in the world, and Fendt, the technology leader.  DLL, (www.dllgroup.com) a member of Rabobank Group, is a leading global finance specialist. The joint venture with AGCO was originally established in 1990 and has now expanded to over 20 countries worldwide.

The business currently provides two principal product categories:

  • Retail finance: the provision of machinery finance to AGCO’s retail customers
  • Commercial finance: the provision of inventory finance to AGCO’s dealer network
