Risk Support Specialist

As a Risk Support Specialist for the Commercial Finance team, you will provide support to internal and external stakeholders in executing the processes related to contract administration from coordinating the application process to contract termination, in line with relevant policies, rules and regulations and business partner agreements in the most efficient and effective way.

Day to Day

  • In conjunction with the Commercial Finance (CF) Risk leadership, monitor and manage the documentation risks for the portfolio, in order to ensure effective and efficient risk management.
  • Signal opportunities for process improvement and support needed corrections.
  • Ensure all periodical and ad hoc reporting is completed accurately and timely in order to provide management information as a basis for decision making and fine tuning on risk issues.
  • Ensure information, support, training and alignment of business support policies, processes and issues in order to achieve and cultivate a sound risk organization and risk awareness culture. 
  • Liaise with all business relations and stakeholders with respect to risk support functions, to ensure optimal working relationships and alignment as a precondition for minimizing risks. 
  • Partners with internal Legal department to ensure appropriate documentation governance expectations are met.
  • Various monitoring and administration tasks of dealers and suppliers
  • Responsible for managing third party payment processing and uploading.
  • Supports the strategy, objectives and business plan of DLL.

Essentials

  • Documentation management experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong, demonstrated customer service skills
  • Strong awareness of KYC and Compliance requirements
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with team members, existing clients, and members of the internal risk and commercial communities. 
  • Ability to successfully multitask high priority items while ensuring work quality expectations are met.
  • Ability to work in a team across geographical locations within different operating systems
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are critical to success of role
  • Ability to adapt to change sin processes and procedures when required

Applicable Pay Range

$54,655.87-$81,983.81

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
