Experienced Microsoft Azure DevOps (CI/CD) System Team Engineer
We’re looking for a skilled Azure DevOps (CI/CD) Engineer to join our System Team based in Eindhoven. Your role will focus on designing, automating, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft Azure DevOps, PowerShell scripts, and other essential tools.
As a member of the System Team, you will play a crucial role in helping development teams enhance their CI/CD practices. You’ll bring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to coaching and guiding teams on their journey toward adopting and improving their CI/CD pipeline practices and capabilities.
You will be working with Agile (mainly Scrum) development teams in an international organization that is moving towards DevOps and Agile at Scale.

Day to day:
- Set up, maintain, and continually improve the CI/CD toolchain.
- Define/improve, implement, monitor, and report on CI/CD standards, guidelines, best practices and usage.
- Assist Agile development teams to reach technical excellence and build robust CI/CD capabilities.
- Automate manual support tasks
- Work remotely with a requirement to be on-site in the DLL Eindhoven office 2-3 days a week.

Essentials Skills and Experience:
- Technical Expertise
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in automation tools, including C# .NET, PowerShell, TypeScript, tool integration, API management, and reporting/dashboard creation (Power BI is a plus).
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern development methodologies such as Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Hands-on Development Experience
- At least two years hands-on experience in software development or engineering.
- Experience with supporting tools such as SonarCloud and test automation solutions.
- Language Preference
- Proficiency in Dutch is preferred.
Important Notes:
- Candidates with purely infrastructure backgrounds and no development experience will not be suitable for this role.
- Cloud responsibilities outside of Azure DevOps fall under the remit of another team.
