You are

• An enthusiast beginning architect with demonstrable affinity for data science and artificial intelligence, dealing with the increasingly digital needs of the customer.
• Ambitious to further grow in the profession of Enterprise Architecture.
• Passionate about Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and highly interested in how to apply these technologies in a financial company.
• The coach for a community of people who share the passion for Artificial Intelligence and data science and have the ambition to learn.
• Curious to market developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence and data science and able to perform practical research assignments to introduce new technology to the company.
• A networker, sensitive to DLL business and able to communicate with a diverse stakeholder community.
• Pragmatic, able to balance long term strategic direction with short term needs. You are result driven and apply expert judgement to make architecture decisions that drive business forward.
• Comfortable in working in an Agile delivery model enabling fast delivery of the investment portfolio continuously ensuring strategy objectives are achieved as well.
• An Excellent communicator who easily can interact with management in the domain, able to convey complex process and IT subjects in senior management terminology.
• Supporting Lead and Solution Architects in DLL to incorporate Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in their architecture deliverables.
• Open to learn, always having an outside in view focused on the customer to ensure that the Architecture of the domain anticipates timely market developments and customer needs.

You can

• Work in a cross-functional team of Solution Architects and AI and Data Experts securing the application of Enterprise Reference Architectures (standards).
• Lead workshops with DLL members who want to develop AI and Data driven solutions.
• Use the standard enterprise modelling tools and adhere to the use of modelling standards and notations. 
• Contribute to the increase of AI literacy in the company.
• Collaborate in a Community of Practice that creates and maintains the Enterprise Reference Architecture Artificial Intelligence for DLL.
• Actively contribute to improve Enterprise Architecture by closely cooperating with Enterprise Architecture and other Lead Architects.
• Ensure the baseline Architecture is always up to date and meets the DLL ArchiMate and BPMN modelling standards.

You can expect

To be part of a team that acts as trusted advisors for executive and senior leadership in business as well as IT. Together, you will work towards embedding process thinking in DLL to realize the digital ambition of DLL by driving the rationalization of business processes, and the increase process efficiency. You help set the direction for change by providing insight for decision makers connecting the process architecture into the Enterprise Architecture model of DLL.

Essentials:

• Proven affinity for AI and Data.
• University level Education (MSc).
• Experience in the financial industry is a pre.
• Excellent communication in speech and writing in English.
• Proven affinity with digital business models.
• Willing to get certified for TOGAF ©, ArchiMate ©
• Basic understanding architecture modelling standards.
• Basic understanding of financial industry business models and specific business processes.
