As the AGCO Finance Program Manager EME, you will be responsible for the region Europe & Middle East (EME), with most of your focus on Europe. You will be responsible for jointly defining the commercial strategy for all AGCO brands in EME. You will own and develop the relationship with the Senior Sales & Marketing Leadership of AGCO and the AGCO brands in EME. Acting as the key contact person for retail financing solutions, programs, and projects, you will have responsibility for the commercial integration of finance solutions in the sale of AGCO machinery. You will drive AGCO’s machinery market share growth and finance penetration, execute tactical sales actions based on data and commercial targets, and support the local AF sales organizations with the development of result-driven sales and marketing campaigns in alignment with AGCO. Additionally, you will work together with multiple business functions to drive cross-functional strategies and projects.

Day to Day:

  • Strategic Leadership: Implement and execute AF's strategic objectives with AGCO brand partners, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Advanced Strategy Development: Proactively develop and refine high-level strategies to drive retail finance penetration and expand AGCO machinery market share.
  • Executive Reviews: Conduct periodic strategic reviews with AGCO’s Sales & Marketing Leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead stakeholder management efforts across multiple AF & AGCO functions, dealers, and local teams, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Campaign Coordination: Oversee and execute retail finance campaigns to drive commercial results, ensuring seamless alignment with local AF Sales Teams and AGCO’s Sales & Marketing Teams.
  • Data-Driven Innovation: Leverage commercial data to generate innovative ideas and drive the adoption of new retail finance products within AGCO’s sales teams and dealer network, identifying growth opportunities for AF and AGCO.
  • Product Development Support: Support AF Commercial teams in the development of new finance solutions for AGCO’s Precision Agriculture business, contributing to product innovation and market differentiation.
  • Representation: Represent AGCO Finance in key sales meetings with AGCO brand and dealer meetings, advocating for strategic initiatives and fostering strong partnerships.
  • Coordination Excellence: Effectively coordinate with Sales Leadership and the Sales team to ensure overall vendor and dealer satisfaction, supporting commercial delivery initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Expand relationships within other functions at AGCO brands responsible for marketing, digital, and sustainability strategies, ensuring cohesive coordination with respective functions at AGCO Finance.

Essentials:

Yes, international stakeholder management experience in a commercial environment, especially in a company that is active in leasing of agricultural equipment would be the perfect fit. But also if you do not have this experience, you could be a perfect match, especially if you recognize yourself in the following:

  • You can navigate complex big organizations, preferably you have international stakeholder management experience in an international commercial setting.
  • No experience in leasing? Then you have experience of working with financial products and reporting, and are confident operating in a financial services environment. 
  • You are fluent in English and other European languages are a plus (German, French, Spanish, Finnish and Dutch)
  • You are ok with travelling a lot mainly in Europe, between 25-50% of your time.
  • Some other skills we hope you have are excellent communication, influencing, persuasion,  collaboration and project management.
