As our Test Automation champion, you'll be the technical catalyst that transforms development teams into testing powerhouses. You'll coach, mentor, and guide test engineers and developers as they embrace modern test automation and CI/CD practices that will define the future of our organization.

Day to day:

  • Engineer excellence by building, maintaining, and continuously evolving state-of-the-art test and CI/CD toolchains
  • Empower development teams to achieve technical mastery and create robust, reliable test automation capabilities
  • Drive innovation by defining, implementing, and championing industry-leading test and CI/CD standards and best practices
  • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging test engineering trends and game-changing technologies like GenAI
  • Enjoy flexibility with remote work options while collaborating on-site in our vibrant DLL Eindhoven office 2-3 days per week

Essentials:

  • 3+ years of hands-on mastery in manual and automated testing with proven test management experience
  • Deep expertise in test engineering principles and cutting-edge practices
  • 2+ years of advanced experience with Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript
  • Proven experience with Tosca and Azure Test Plans in real-world environments
  • Strong API testing skills using tools like PostMan and ReadyAPI
  • Practical knowledge of integrating test automation seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines

Bonus Points:

  • Performance testing expertise with Neoload and jMeter
  • Security testing experience with SCA, SAST and DAST tools
  • Software engineering background that brings additional technical depth
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and modern methodologies (Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps)
  • Dutch language proficiency to enhance team collaboration
