Senior Account Manager

DLL is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our LifeTech team in Sweden. LifeTech covers the Workplace, Technology, and Healthcare sectors. You will be supporting growth across these sectors. We offer B2B financing solutions that enable our partners to deliver complete, value-added packages to their professional customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key partners, supporting them in offering financing for a wide range of equipment, from laptops and copiers to CT scanners and entire data centres. You will drive both account development and new business acquisition, with a strong focus on structuring complex, high-value deals that require customized solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Success in this role demands a consultative approach, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate intricate deal structures through DLL’s internal approval processes. You’ll work closely with departments such as credit, legal and risk to ensure alignment and timely execution, while maintaining a high standard of service for our partners.

Day to day

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with local suppliers and global vendors in the LifeTech market
  • Identify and formalize new partnerships through strategic agreements
  • Structure and negotiate tailored financing solutions, including non-standard transactions
  • Lead internal alignment across credit, legal, and risk teams to secure approvals for complex deals
  • Create and maintain account plans, forecasts, and pipeline management
  • Train partner sales teams on financing tools and value propositions
  • Support partner-led customer meetings to secure financing agreements
  • Build and maintain a strong internal network to support business objectives and respond to external developments

Essentials

You are a commercially driven professional with a consultative mindset and a proven ability to manage complex B2B sales processes. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and solution-based selling.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex sales involving multiple internal stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to interpret financial statements and assess risk
  • Skilled in contract negotiation and structuring bespoke solutions
  • Background in financial services, leasing, insurance, software, or IT equipment is preferred
  • University degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
