Your function
In the position of Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the efficient daily activities of treasury and accounts payable, ensuring cash management and liquidity. Your responsibilities include devising strategies for optimizing financial resources, managing the structure of assets and liabilities and supporting investor relations, ensuring that financial needs are met effectively and promoting team development and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, preparing daily and monthly reports on the liquidity position;
- Manage asset liability management, including analysis of interest rates, maturities and liquidity, ensuring that the capital structure is aligned with strategic and regulatory objectives;
- Overseeing the management of accounts payable, ensuring that payments are made on time and accurately, and that expenses are within budget;
- Collaborate with other areas of the bank to ensure that treasury needs are met effectively;
- Managing the treasury team, promoting professional development and alignment with the bank's objectives;
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, carrying out regular audits;
- Develop and maintain relationships with correspondent banks and financial institutions.
Your profile
- Graduation completed in Economics, Accounting, Administration, Finance, Engineering or Mathematics;
- Knowledge of Asset and Liability Management (ALM), with a focus on strategies to balance assets and liabilities, ensuring efficient management of interest rate risk and liquidity;
- Skill in Financial Analysis, including interpretation of financial projections, cash flow reports and financial projections;
- Experience in Treasury Management, with a focus on cash management, liquidity and optimization of financial resources;
- Familiarity with banking and financial sector rules and regulations;
- Risk management skills, identifying and mitigating financial risks related to shares and liabilities.
