Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales activities and processes of both the internal sales team and the Sales Support team within your business unit in order to achieve the BU country sales budget and partner service expectations. Primary responsibility is sales management including performance management, coaching and process improvement.

Day to day:

  • Manages team of sales members responsible for contributing to partner (vendor/dealer) NBV, profitability and penetration rate.
  • Implements and executes on sales plans, policies, processes, procedures, and targets of GBU/market strategy.
  • Leverages data and business intelligence to improve processes and team performance.
  • Coaches' sales teams to effectively meet customer business needs.
  • Onboards, trains, develops and performance manages direct reports.
  • Monitors team performance and sales originations.
  • Builds and maintains strong stakeholder network internally and externally to deliver partner expectations.

Measures:

  • Achievement of Sales Targets through effective sales management.
  • Employee and Partner survey scores.
  • Process delivery – time to credit approval and time to payment.
  • Management of local programs where applicable.
  • Driving use of digital solutions.

Essentials:

  • Sales Management experience.
  • Coaching and development focus
  • Able to motivate members to take action based on sales data analysis.
  • Able to work under pressure / to deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to take responsibility and be proactive.

Extras:

  • Specific experience in equipment leasing and vendor finance.
